The Terrace Villas has a commitment to continually improve the environmental and social sustainability performance of our business and bring awareness of this commitment to our staff, suppliers and our guests alike.

We have developed an action plan to identify and improve our targeted performance.

Examples of this plan includes;

Monitoring of waste, power, gas and water consumption with the view to incrementally reduce the total amount used.

We provide all apartments with dedicated recycling facilities

All apartments have opening windows and doors for air flow, drying racks for clothes drying, energy saving light bulbs, flow restrictors and Methven santi water saving shower units. All refurbished apartments have been fitted with filtered drinking water to alleviate plastic drink bottles.

Choosing suppliers who show the same commitment to the environment as we do For example we now only use environmentally friendly cleaning products.

The management hold regular meetings to monitor and improve the action plan which is continually evolving.

We are constantly looking for new ways to improve our contribution to the environment and welcome any feedback
