"The Terrace Villa apartments are easily the nicest accommodation that I've stayed in in Wellington and I would happily recommend them to others. My apartment was attractive, bright, sunny, spacious, modern - but homely, and very comfortable. It had everything that I want when I'm away from home (including great shower pressure!) - and more. The staff were awesome: friendly, bright and helpful, while very respectful of our privacy. And it is definitely the only place that I have stayed in where you can go to sleep to the sound of Moreporks in the trees, but wake up in the morning and be 5 minutes from the heart of Wellington City."

My home away from home during the week for the last 18 months has been with the team at The Terrace Villas. The apartments are very well appointed which makes my time away from home very comfortable and the team are always on hand to help. I really appreciate the smiling faces and the welcome back I get from all of the team at the villas each week and at the end of each day. The outside space and garden furniture allow for a perfect way to relax and have a barbie on those hot summer Welly nights.

Our company sends people to Wellington most months. We find Terrace Villas the most practical place to stay. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. We are easily able to conduct our business from the apartments and the management is ready to help with anything we need - we often hold meetings with our clients and they find the surroundings pleasant and relaxed. We have never stayed anywhere else in Wellington.

"Absolutely wonderful apartment!! Any request submitted to the property management team has been promptly supplied. The apartment has a beautiful decor, making it feel more like 'home' than a temporary residence. The "per day" price is quite reasonable considering everything that is included (a full kitchen, laundry facilities inside the apt, phone service is supplied, mail delivery, dry cleaning delivery, and more). The location is quite convenient to the government offices around The Terrace, but also to Lambton Quay, Cuba & Courtaney streets (shopping/dining/etc). If I am so lucky to be working in Wellington again, I already know that I will contact The Terrace Villas FIRST for a place to live."

"I have been a regular guest at the Terrace Villas for over four years, staying one to two weeks per month on business trips throughout that time.
The apartments are comfortable and roomy, a pleasant change from most hotels. Each room is unique and furnished with period furniture, suited to their architecture. It's more like being at home than staying in a hotel. The rates are competitive. Staff are welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to assist whenever needed."
