Terrace Villa’s Confirmation, Cancellation and Amendment Information

To confirm your booking, we require either

  • 50% deposit for 1-6 nights stay (fully refundable within 48-hours-notice prior to arrival)
  • 1 week deposit for 7+ nights stay (fully refundable within 1-weeks-notice prior to arrival)
  • Company or booking agent guarantee (by prior arrangement)

Cancellations and Amendments

  • We require 48-hours-notice for any cancellations or amendments of stays of 1-6 nights
    (Charges up to 2 days from the date advised will be applied)
  • We require 7-days-notice for any cancellations of amendments of stays 7+ nights
    (Charges up to 7 days from the date advised will be applied)

The same cancellation and amendment charges apply to no shows.
